Echoes: Memory Cascade is a single-player offline puzzle game for Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is used.

Data We Collect

Data stored on your device only never transmitted

• Your game progress, scores, and star counts
• Your settings preferences (sound, haptics, kids mode, difficulty, etc.)
• Your daily challenge history and streak count
• Your pet companion state and accessories

All of this data lives on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. We have no servers. We do not receive this data.

Data collected by third-party SDKs

Google AdMob (advertising, shown only to users 13 and over):
AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID and usage signals to serve relevant ads. This applies only to users who are not in Kids Mode. Users in Kids Mode see zero ads and are not tracked.

Google Play Billing (in-app purchases):
If you purchase the "Ad-Free" upgrade, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Children (COPPA Compliance)

• Echoes: Memory Cascade includes a Kids Mode for users under 13.
• When Kids Mode is enabled, all advertising is disabled — no ad SDK calls are made and no device identifiers are collected for advertising.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• If you believe a child has provided personal data through this app, please contact us at sudeepkumar.sks@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete that information.

Your Rights

• Access / Deletion: All your game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it immediately.
• Ad personalisation: You can opt out at any time in device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
• Notifications: You can disable daily reminders in device Settings → Notifications, or in the app Settings screen at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
